Do you do civil ceremonies? Yes, we are licensed for up to 150 persons and you will need to contact Wandsworth Council to book your registrar.
Can I bring in my own caterer? Our in house caterers belong to the Compass Group and would be delighted to provide your wedding breakfast. Should you wish for something slightly different, we do have a list of accredited suppliers from whom you can choose your caterer.
Can I bring my own wine? Of course! Our corkage is £10 for wine and £12 for champagne or sparkling wine. For the evening bar drinks must be provided by our in-house bar team. There is a minimum spend of £700 behind the bar and this includes set up, staff, glasses and ice is provided free of charge. You can choose to prepay this or have a cash bar on the night.
Do you have accommodation? There are a lot of hotels in the nearby area, places for you to spend your wedding night and cheaper hotels for family and friends travelling from afar.
Can I use real candles? Yes candles are allowed in the Portrait, Adam and Terrace Rooms. If you are providing your own candles for any tables, you must ensure they are in a secure holder, cannot be easily knocked over and the wax can be contained.
Can I drop any event/wedding items off the day before? Yes definitely! This could be the day before or if it is convenient for you a couple of days before. You may want to deliver your table plan, table names, favours and photos. This also gives you the opportunity to speak to your wedding manager to talk though any last minute items you may have thought of.
Do you allow confetti? One of the best picture shots is the bride and groom having their friends and family throw confetti! If you would like this, please do ensure your confetti is bio-degradable and thrown in our grounds only.
What staff will be on hand for my wedding day? You will have a dedicated Wedding Manager throughout your day, security staff to ensure you and your guests’ safety and an evening cleaner so any mishaps are taken care of quickly.
