As one of the world’s most complete castles, we believe that we offer one of the most unique wedding venues Kent and the UK has to offer. We take great pride delivering outstanding professionalism, attention to detail and the personal touches to your wedding, led by our wedding co-ordinators and the Castle butler. We will do everything we can to ensure your wedding is as unique as our venue and that it exceeds expectations.
Known as “the loveliest castle in the world”, Leeds Castle is a truly romantic setting for your wedding and is suitable for up to 100 guests. While you prepare for your special day in one of the luxurious state bedrooms and make your way down the medieval style stone staircase, your guests will be gathering for drinks in the Library and then taking their seats in the elegant Green Dining Room where the ceremony will begin.
After the marriage ceremony and toasts to the bride, the Butler will call for you to be seated for dinner in the unique and magnificent Henry VIII Banqueting Hall. Your tables will be beautifully decorated in your chosen design by the Castle Florist as you anticipate an exquisite dinner cooked by the Castle chef and the fine wines from the Castle’s Norman cellars.

At Leeds Castle our beautiful ceremony room can be filled with your chosen music as you walk down the aisle to meet your partner and say your vows.
Your friends and family will watch on enraptured by the romance of it all, as you sign the marriage register and officially become united.
As you walk back down the aisle and into the Castle Library, you will be greeted by our attentive staff who can service you a glass of chilled champagne.
After your ceremony, relax with your guests and enjoy the moment. The Castle Butler will call your guests to attention and invites them to be seated in the impressive Banqueting Hall.
Everyone will marvel at the venue, which boasts a grand 16th century French Caen stone fireplace and magnificent ebony floor. The tables will be spectacularly decorated with your personal favours, flickering candlelight and your chosen arrangements of fresh flowers from the Castle Florist. A truly enchanting and inviting hall in which to settle, talk to your guests and anticipate the gorgeous food to come.
We’re proud that our team can deliver impeccable service whilst your guests enjoy exquisite dining and the fine wine of the Castle’s Norman cellar. The large bay window, offers views of the estate across the moat and a superb backdrop for the cutting of the cake.
After dinner you will be invited to retire to the Castle Drawing Rooms or continue your celebrations by enjoying a dance and evening entertainment.

Couples getting married in the Castle have the wonderful opportunity of staying the night in one of the eight state bedrooms of the Castle, furnished with four poster beds, period antiques and large en-suite marble art deco bathrooms. Twelve more beautifully decorated rooms are situated in the battlements of the Castle.
For weddings taking place in the Maiden’s Tower, there are five luxury en-suite bedrooms available to the bridal party and their chosen guests.
If more of your guests wish to stay within the grounds of the Castle, there are a further seventeen award-winning Bed & Breakfast rooms, plus during the summer months, the opportunity for adventurous guests to take over the luxurious medieval pavilions at the Knight’s Glamping site.
